Q: What kind of stuffed animals and plush toys can you make?
A: We manufacture a variety of different plush relevant styles including stuffed animals, plush toys, pillow, keychain, rattle, backpack, coin bag, plush tail, squish toy, pet clothing, puppet, blanket, soft toy with sound chip and etc. We created stuffed animals and plush toys from mascot, brands, logos, book characters, anime, cartoon, art and so on.

Q: How can I start?
A: What you need to prepare is a picture of your product or an image/drawing, size and quantity. You can send an inquiry as below ,chat with an online service, or send an email to info@luckyaround.com. Our sales team will guide you on your project immediately.

Q: Is the price which I receive at the beginning the final price?
A: Our first price quote is an estimate based on the limited information that you provided. Although we have spent many years working in the plush industry and can usually get close with our first quote, every project is slightly different. Therefore the final price may be higher or lower than the original quote. However your price will be final after making a sample. Because making a sample will set up the patterns of the plush toy. We can calculate amount of materials. There will not be any surprise charges to worry about.

Q: What is the MOQ?
A: As long as stock fabrics are available, you can get custom soft toys starting from 200pcs!! When there’s no stock fabrics, the MOQ starts from 500pcs-2000pcs, that depends on materials’ MOQs and toy size.

While it is definitely more economical to order 5,000 pieces or more, we understand for a new product sometimes it is best to start with a minimum number. And we would be your best soft toy supplier for starting your business. At this moment, most of our customers repeat their order with increasing quantity.

Q: Can I get a free sampling?
A: Our own design is free. You just take care of the freight fee.
The custom design sample fee is $80 – $120. It depends on your specific needs. The order amount is more than $3500, it is refunded. To be honest, most of the customers get the sample fee back unless the unit price is too low.

Q: How long does it take to make a sample?
A: Approx. 2-3 Weeks. We usually set up a trial sample before making a final sample if necessary. That can make sure our customers get a right and satisfied sample.

Q: Can I have my company name or logo on the toys?
A: Yes. We can personalize your custom plush in a variety of different ways, Including personalizing your sewn in labels, your own hang tags, silk screening and direct embroidery on the plush toy itself. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage. You can also check with logo solutions in advance.

Q: What if I have special packing needs?
A: No problem! We usually pack mass production in simple poly bags and master cartons. Special packing needs were required by some of our customers,such as display boxes, recycled hang tags or plastic discs and so on. You can just tell us your needs at the beginning.

Q: Will my toys be safe? & Can you provide the toy test report?
A: Yes. We have been designing and manufacturing custom plush toys for over six years. All of our toys meet or exceed all required exporting standards. All the materials are healthy and safe. The plastic eye and nose are fixed strongly and hot melting. The seams are required to pass the pull test. Because the production needs to clean the surface of skins. The production also needs to pass metal detection. Besides that, QC department checks the details during the whole production process.
Our production can pass the test report. However, we don’t provide a test report for free. Our company cooperated with SGS, Intertek, STC, Eurofins, BV and UL test labs, We can support you to get a test report. The toy safety test standard is different in the different markets. If you need a test report, our sales team will check with you at the beginning.

Q: Can you explain the ordering process for us as much as possible?
A: At first, please pick a product or send us your photos with quantity. The sales team will quote ASAP. When your confirmed the quote, the design department will arrange a sample for you. After confirming all the details of your custom plush toys samples, the sales team will send you the PI. Once the PI is confirmed and deposit is received. The purchasing department will buy and order all the materials for production. At the same time, the sales team will confirm the layouts of label, hang tag, shipping marks and packing details with you. The sales team will send you approval sample photos when the production materials arrive. All the details should be approved by customers before mass production. Once the sales team gets your approval, our purchasing department will tell our suppliers to produce packing materials. Meanwhile, the workshop starts cutting, sewing, stuffing, finishing, QC, metal detection and packing. The testing report will be finished before the shipment. Also we will send you production photos for checking before loading. In this way, the customers will participate in the whole process and know it in time, which will only take the customers a little time.

Q: How long does it take to make production?
A: Approx. 40-80 days. This can vary due to production schedule, labor availability, ordering materials and testing.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our payment is 30% in deposit, and balance against the copy of B/L. When the production is delivered by air/EX work/express, the balance should be paid before loading.

Q: What’s the payment method?
A: T/T, western union, or your have different payment methods, you can ask the sales team.

Q: Can you help us to deliver the production?
A: Sure. We provide sea,air,train and express to deliver mass production. If you have a pointed forwarder, we will assist them until the goods arrive. If not, please leave your address to our sales team, they will find out solutions for you.

Q: Can I custom your existing soft toy models?
A: Yes. You can make your own logo or make amends on existing designs. The existing soft toys are available for you.

Q: Where is the loading port?

Q: Can you support us to buy other kinds of products, except soft toys?
